Our Story

In 1965, Woodworth Heat Treating was founded by the Woodworth family in Hazel Park, MI. From our beginnings as a small regional heat-treating facility, we’ve expanded to serve businesses of all sizes and from multiple industries across North America.

We currently operate facilities in Flint, Homer, and Pontiac, MI, and Puebla, Mexico. This allows us to heat treat over 2.2 million pounds of materials per day. We attribute our continued growth to our ability to exceed our customers’ expectations and do so competitively.
